Trailhold Finance

Abstract

Real-world yield is locked behind high minimums, slow settlement and fragmented access. Trailhold brings it on-chain through fully-backed Vaults on Robinhood Chain (L2): tokenized shares of real-world assets, priced at verified NAV and redeemable at NAV.

Vaults

Fully Backed. Each share is a pro-rata claim on real assets held by the Vault. No leverage, no synthetics, no liquidations.

Deposit. Users deposit USDC. The capital is invested in the underlying assets, and shares are minted at the next NAV.

Yield. Asset income is reinvested and reflected in the share price.

Redemption. Shares are redeemed for USDC at the next NAV. A liquidity buffer covers routine withdrawals. Larger requests enter a queue and are filled as the assets generate cash.

Trust model

Trust-minimized, not trustless.

Assets sit in bankruptcy-remote SPVs with qualified custodians. NAV is calculated by an independent administrator, and holdings are regularly attested by third parties. Where the law requires it, Vault access requires verification.

The Oracle

NAV is delivered on-chain via Chainlink. The Trailhold Oracle checks every update: stale or abnormal data automatically pauses the Vault. Every update and every pause is logged on-chain.

$TRHD genesis launch

$TRHD is the governance token of Trailhold. Holders vote on protocol fees and new Vault types, and staking $TRHD unlocks reduced Vault fees and priority access.

No VC. $TRHD launches on a bonding curve from block zero, with wallet limits in the first hours to reduce sniping. When the cap is reached, liquidity migrates to Uniswap on Robinhood Chain and the LP tokens are locked forever, so base liquidity can never be withdrawn.
